The Postmaster Professional TS 008 Letterplate is designed to meet the exacting requirements of TS 008 and will fit on any PAS 24 accredited door to meet this, without the need to retest. It’s suitable for composite and PVCu door sets that need to be Document Q or PAS 24:2016 compliant. The letterplate features a telescopic sleeve to suit a variety of door thicknesses, ranging from 40mm – 75mm.

The external flap is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel for ultimate corrosion resistance as standard and galvanised mild steel for painted finishes. The bolt fixings are secured into metal bushes for additional strength.

The inner protective housing has unique concealed hinge mechanism which prevents attack, as well as a positive stop feature, which limits the opening of the inner flap, for maximum protection from ‘fishing’.

Available in a full choice of external finishes including White, Black, Satin Silver, Chrome, Champagne Gold and Brushed Steel.

Fire rated variant with intumescent material available. The FD60 specification tests doorsets to withstand at least 60 minutes protection against fires. When tested as part of a doorset, Yale's Postmaster Professional TS008 letterplate not only exceeded the FD60 time test by an additional 25%, but also successfully passed the smoke leakage test.
