The Cotswold Egress only Friction Stay is available as side hung only. 

The 10"" Egress friction stay is ideal for use on French casement windows where smaller sashes are required with wide opening angles to allow for escape.

When fitted, the Cotswold Egress friction stay complies with the emergency exit egress requirements of Approved Document B1 of building regulations.

When fitting the Cotswold Egress stays please observe BS 8213 Part 1:2004 Code of practice for safety in use and during cleaning of windows.
