The fast-to-fit Captive Door Hinge can carry an impressive weight, with loads up to 120kg when four hinges are fitted and an 80kg with three hinges, making it suitable for the most demanding of projects.
The hinge is available in standard or slim variations depending on profile stack heights and can be used with profile related packers for sculptured sashes.?It is available in nine colours so offers a solution for every style of door and décor.
It is manufactured with a zinc die cast body with stainless steel pin and the quality of the hinge is evident in its accreditations. It is endurance tested to 100,000 cycles and has achieved a minimum of 240 hours salt spray testing for painted finishes and 480 hours for lorica finishes. It comes with a 10 year mechanical guarantee.
