Since 2019, with Owen as Finance Director of Carl F Groupco, his extensive experience, considered insights, management and leadership skills have been valued by all and proved a great asset to the Company and our employees.

The Board are delighted to announce Owen’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer.

With over 38 years’ experience gained across management, technical, sales and hands-on roles in the door and window industries, John returned to Carl F Groupco in 2017 to head up the company’s nationwide team of Regional Sales Managers.

Alex was appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer in early 2024. He has many years of experience in the finance sector, including within the fenestration industry.

Bobbie-Leigh heads up our purchasing department, working in partnership with our market leading manufacturer partners to ensure stock is available when our customers need it.

Celebrating her 20 year service for CFG in 2021, Julie is a key member of the Carl F Groupco team. Responsible for all things Roto as Product Manager, Julie manages the whole chain. From stock management, technical support, business development and most importantly supporting our customers.

Our Technical Manager, John, has nearly 40 years experience in the fenestration industry.

Before joining CFG in 2006, John worked in PVCu and aluminium window and door fabrication, health & safety, quality control and customer service. With this vast array of experience, John is able to advise our customers on their hardware needs and train our team.

Clare joined the team in 2008 and took the position of Marketing Manager in 2014.

Responsible for the creation of product literature, our digital presence, PR and advertising, Clare ensures the marketing collaterol we create serves as an extension of our customer service.

Responsible for all things IT, Steve ensures that CFG has the best systems in place allowing the team to support our customers. 

From emails, ordering systems, customer relationship management software and broken keyboards... Steve covers it all and keeps us connected.

Providing administrative support to the internal and external sales teams, it's likely that you will have spoken to Lyn! She's often dealing with customer queries, working with our carriers and ensuring the team have all of the reports required to best serve our customers.

Tommy heads up a team of nine warehouse operatives and supervisors ensuring efficient stock management, maintaining consistently high levels of accuracy and seemless operation to ensure our customers orders are despatched on time, everytime.

Working for Carl F Groupco since 1984, Darren is one of our longest serving team members. 

Darren's hardware knowledge and relationships represent the high levels of customer service that Carl F Groupco provides.

Carlia joined the CFG sales team back in 2004. With many years of experience in the role developing great relationships with customers and suppliers, Carlia has fantastic technical knowledge to support her customers.
