Shipping & Returns

Carl F direct is committed to offering all our customers a premium delivery service. We aim to provide a 98% on-time, in-full rate on all hardware deliveries, and we make every effort to ensure we remain a top tool supplier.

Shipping

• Orders received for stock items before 14:00 on weekdays are despatched the same day to be delivered to UK mainland addresses the next working day, unless otherwise advised.
• Deliveries outside of the UK mainland and some remote areas of Scotland are subject to a delivery charge, which will be calculated and applied when at the checkout stage.
• Deliveries to more remote areas, and areas outside of the UK mainland may take up to three working days.
• Deliveries to Northern Ireland are subject to additional customs checks. A Customs Export Procedure Charge will be applied upon checkout, covering the cost of these charges from Customs.
• Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
• Short deliveries and damaged goods must be signed correctly on the carrier’s delivery note, as per the company terms and conditions.
• We are currently unable to deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

Returns

If you have a problem with your order and wish to return it, please contact the Sales Office, who will advise you how to and organise any replacements as required.

• Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice.
• A returns number must be acquired from Carl F direct before returning any goods, or the return will not be accepted and no refund given.
• Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense and must include proof of receipt/delivery to the Carl F direct returns address.
• Goods must be in a resaleable condition, including the original packaging, with the relevant warranty, instructions, and guarantee booklets.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
