The MACO Turn and Tilt & Turn fitting system features a sophisticated design, with a uniform silver-look surface and linear recesses on the faceplate, giving the fittings an elegant, slim line look. The corner and stay hinges are concealed enhancing the appearance of any window. Coloured cover caps also provide a solution for the visible hinge parts.
The contact pressure can be easily adjusted with i.S. cams; they seal your window tightly and save costs for the end user by keeping heat inside the building. The i.S. security cam is the most sophisticated way of making windows secure; a special composition of materials makes it completely robust. It can be combined with a standard striker plate or a security striker plate depending on the security level required. The tilt position benefits from basic security at the windows most critical point with protection against levering out in the tilt position.
MACO’s tilt-turn drive gears are fixed with a safeguard against faulty control with a sash lifter/mis-handling device.
There are multiple options for adjusting the stay; the top hinge on angled windows have the same adjustment areas as the top hinge on standard windows. The corner hinge can be adjusted in three directions.
The night vent feature provides an additional ventilation position as well as the traditional summer and intensive positions, with no additional parts required.
