The MK II Shootbolt Locking System by MACO incorporates a reverse locking feature for improved security. The reverse action allows the locking mushroom cams to locate from both directions into the striker to give high security locking.
Rapid-Fix non crop extensions for fast assembly and no requirement to cut extensions to size. Extensions available in 9 sizes with 100mm increments. Each extension offers up to 50mm adjustment.
Standard croppable version also available.
Click – Fix eurogroove clips hold the extensions in place to speed up production.

Optional Tricoat Finish This product is available with Maco’s Tricoat Surface finish, available to order only. The surface provides outstanding featured for use in regions with high saline air and in regions affected by increased chemical attacks. The top and bottom hinges are coated using a special coating procedure. The finely structured surface is extremely resistant to corrosion and scratching and repels water and dirt. The Maco performance with the Tricoat finish when salt-spray fog tested to DIN50021-SS achieved 600 hours with a proportion of max. A Eurogroove is an industry standard feature on most PVCu, aluminium and timber door and window profiles, where the locking devices are fitted.
A Eurogroove is the groove in the profile in which multipoint locks and espagnolettes are fitted. This is always 16mm for PVC, but can be 20mm in Timber.
