The Sterling heavy duty hinge has been designed for commercial applications. The Sterling has achieved standards in the UK as well as abroad where testing is more stringent,achieving 30,000 cycles.

A new die cast zinc alloy pivot block locates and supports 3rd link pivot which provides increased bearing surface reducing vent drop throughout products guaranteed 30,000 cycles.

The pull in block maintains effective weather seal and reduces bowing on large vents.

Available in 10"" to 26"" for top hung windows and 10"" and 16"" for side hung windows

Standard stack heights available: 13mm and 16mm

Highline stack heights available: 17mm

Carries commercial vents from 0.3m - 2.5m high up to 180kg
