Our offices are open Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

Orders can be placed through the Carl F direct ecommerce website with secure Barclays ePDQ payment.

Alternatively you can call our sales office on 01733 393330 to place and pay for your order over the phone.

If you hold a credit account with Carl F Groupco, you may also add Carl F direct items to your usual hardware orders.

Orders received for stock items before 14:00 on weekdays are despatched the same day to be delivered to UK mainland addresses the next working day, unless otherwise advised.

Orders to remote parts of the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to three working days.

If you have a problem with your order and wish to return it, please contact the Sales Office, who will advise you how to and organise any replacements as required.

• Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice.
• A returns number must be acquired from Carl F direct before returning any goods, or the return will not be accepted and no refund given.
• Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense and must include proof of receipt/delivery to the Carl F direct returns address.
• Goods must be in a resaleable condition, including the original packaging, with the relevant warranty, instructions, and guarantee booklets.

This does not affect your statutory rights

If you are yet to receive your order after the delivery time advised when placing your order, please contact our sales office who will be able to track your order and advise delivery.

Please be aware that we are open Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 16:00 and we're closed on Bank Holidays.

Queries sent outside of these hours will be dealt with when the office opens on the next working day.
