How do I return an item?

If you have a problem with your order and wish to return it, please contact the Sales Office, who will advise you how to and organise any replacements as required.

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • A returns number must be acquired from Carl F direct before returning any goods, or the return will not be accepted and no refund given.
  • Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense and must include proof of receipt/delivery to the Carl F direct returns address.
  • Goods must be in a resaleable condition, including the original packaging, with the relevant warranty, instructions, and guarantee booklets.
