The MACO C-TS Flood Door Lock reduces the impact of flooding by making the door weathertight, secure and by preventing water ingress. With MACO patented i.S Mushroom strikers for compression, weathertightness and security, it has perimeter locking around the threshold and hinge side of the door. All locking points are engaged every time the lock is operated to ensure flood protection.

It is built using standard stock components from MACO Protect and MACO MULTI-MATIC range. This means no additional components need to be stocked and therefore no additional storage of components is required. Lead times are greatly reduced due to the use of standard stock items. 

The lock is suitable for both residential and commercial properties - minimal handle force is required to operate the door, making it ideal for elderly and those less abled. It provides smooth reliable action time after time.
